Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, noninvasive hands-on treatment that uses light touch (about the weight of a nickel) to release tension in the body’s connective tissues (fascia). It supports the central nervous system and the body’s natural self-healing abilities.
How it works:
Fascia surrounds muscles, organs, nerves, and the brain/spinal cord. Gentle releases in one area can ease restrictions elsewhere, promoting relaxation and balance.
What to expect:
You remain fully clothed on a comfortable table in a peaceful setting. Sessions last 45–60 minutes and often induce deep relaxation—many clients drift into restorative rest. Penny begins with a brief consultation to address your needs.
Common benefits reported:
CST is suitable for many adults and children and works well alongside other therapies. Consult your physician if you have serious conditions (e.g., recent head injury, blood clots, or issues affecting cerebrospinal fluid).
This is a complementary wellness service, not a substitute for medical care.
